1. No Return / No Replacement Policy
At Orthopro Healthcare, we follow a strict No Return and No Replacement policy.
Products once sold will not be eligible for return or replacement except in cases where the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery, and valid proof is provided as per the conditions mentioned below.
2. Damaged or Defective Products (Replacement Eligibility)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must comply with the following requirements:
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• A complete unboxing video is mandatory
• The video must be continuous without cuts, pauses, or edits
• The video must clearly show:

The complete unboxing process

The visible defect, damage, or incorrect product

Requests submitted without proper unboxing proof will not be accepted.
If the request is verified and approved by our team, a replacement will be arranged accordingly.
Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Warranty Support
Certain products may come with a manufacturer or seller warranty.
In such cases:
• Our technical support team will evaluate the reported issue
• The product may undergo inspection or technical verification
• Based on the evaluation, we may proceed with:

The final resolution will depend on the technical assessment and warranty terms.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:
• Products that have been used or installed
• Personal care or hygiene products
• Customized or special-order items
• Discounted or sale items
• Gift cards or promotional items
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled only before the order is dispatched.
• Cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing the order
• Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be permitted.
5.2 No Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
All dispatched orders are considered final.
5.3 Non-Collection / Return to Origin (RTO)
If an order is returned to us due to any of the following reasons:
• Customer refuses delivery
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• Customer unavailable at the delivery location
• Failure to collect the package
The shipment will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
In such cases:
• No refund will be issued
• The order will be treated as cancelled due to customer non-acceptance
